With a robust academic background, she earned her Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida in 2015. Her academic journey began with a B.S. in Kinesiology, complemented by a Minor in Classical Studies from the University of Waterloo in 2007, followed by an M.S. in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University in 2010. Dr. Nguyen's teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in fostering a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
