

Sarah Null
Professor Sarah Null is an active researcher in the fields of water resources and natural resource geography. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Utah State University in the Department of Watershed Sciences, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Her research is primarily focused on understanding and addressing the complex challenges associated with water resources management and the geographical aspects of natural resources. Before joining Utah State University, Professor Null was deeply involved in significant research projects that have contributed to the understanding of water resource dynamics. One of her notable projects included investigating the decline of salmon and steelhead populations in the Shasta River. This work was crucial in identifying the underlying causes of these declines and informing conservation strategies. Additionally, Professor Null conducted a comprehensive baseline assessment of the physical and biological conditions within the waterways on Big Springs Ranch. This project provided valuable insights into the ecological health of the area and laid the groundwork for future conservation and restoration efforts.
