A Sacramento native, Dr. Healey earned her PhD in History of Science and Medicine from Yale University in 2019. Her academic journey is marked by a commitment to promoting Universal Design for Learning, an instructional framework that champions equity and accessibility in education. Dr. Healey's research delves into the nuanced realms of disability, deception, and technology during the 20th-century warfare, shedding light on how these elements have shaped historical narratives and contemporary understandings.
