Rida T. Farou
Promoting critical thinking in the realm of engineering, Rida T. Farouki is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of California, Davis. With a career dedicated to advancing the fields of computer-aided design and manufacturing, Professor Farouki has made significant contributions to the development of geometrical algorithms and representations, as well as numerical methods. His research is centered on creating mathematical models and algorithms that enhance the precision, efficiency, and reliability of the design-manufacturing interface.
