Thilo Kuntz

Blending theory and practice to improve the understanding and application of law, Thilo Kuntz serves as a Visiting Professor at UCLA School of Law. His academic pursuits are deeply rooted in Fiduciary Law, Corporate Law, Comparative Law, Law and Economics, and Legal Theory. At the forefront of legal scholarship, Professor Kuntz holds the Chair in Private Law, Commercial and Corporate Law at Heinrich Heine University Dusseldorf in Germany. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he is the Managing Director of the Institute of Corporate Law, where he leads initiatives to advance corporate legal studies. Professor Kuntz's career is marked by a series of distinguished academic appointments, including tenured professorships at Bremen University and Bucerius Law School.
