Jun-Hyun Kim
Jun-Hyun Kim investigates challenges and opportunities in the fields of community resilience and environmental health. As a professor and program director of Landscape Architecture and Master of Arts in Environmental Design Programs at Michigan State University, he is deeply committed to advancing knowledge and practice in these areas. His research primarily focuses on assessing the impacts of environments on human health and enhancing the resilience of communities to environmental changes. Dr. Kim has been successful in securing multi-million-dollar research grants, which have significantly contributed to the advancement of his research endeavors. His scholarly work is well-recognized, with numerous articles published in reputable journals, reflecting his dedication to contributing valuable insights to the academic community. In addition to his research, Dr. Kim is passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of landscape architects. He teaches a variety of courses in landscape architecture, where he integrates service-learning projects to provide students with practical, hands-on experience.
