Professor integrating diverse disciplines to study the complexities of cancer, Dr. Jatin Rana serves as an Assistant Professor in Hematology and Oncology at Michigan State University. He is also the Interim Chief of the Division, where he leads efforts in advancing clinical trials for metastatic and refractory cancers. Dr. Rana's academic journey began with an M.D. from Wayne State University, followed by rigorous training and certifications in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology. Dr. Rana's research is particularly focused on the management of colorectal cancer in younger patients, a demographic that often faces unique challenges in treatment.
