Maria Milagros Galardi

Dr. Maria Milagros Galardi applies creative solutions to the complex challenges faced in pediatric neurology, with a particular focus on the acute management of pediatric stroke. As a dedicated pediatric neurologist, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at Washington University in St. Louis, where she is affiliated with both Barnes-Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Children's Hospital. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Galardi is well-equipped to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population. Her clinical interests are centered around vasculopathy, moyamoya disease, and the neurologic complications associated with cerebrovascular malformations.
