Dr. Temidayo Adepoju investigates challenges and opportunities in healthcare and operations management, with a particular focus on the quality and efficiency of care delivery processes in hospitals. As an assistant professor in Supply Chain Management at Rutgers Business School, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, having earned her Ph.D. from Boston University's Questrom Business School. Her academic journey also includes an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, an M.Sc. from the University of Manchester, UK, and a B.Sc. from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Dr. Adepoju's research is driven by a passion for improving healthcare systems and ensuring that operations within hospitals are both effective and efficient.
