Dr. LaChan V. Hannon is at the forefront of discovery in the field of education, serving as the Director of Teacher Preparation & Innovation and an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice at Rutgers University Newark. With a PhD in teacher education from Montclair State University, Dr. Hannon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Her academic journey is further enriched by graduate certificates in Educating Individuals with Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State, underscoring her commitment to inclusive education. Dr. Hannon's research interests are deeply rooted in the exploration of race, disability, and parent involvement within the realms of school leadership and educator development.
