

Kayla Cline
Passionate about exploring solutions for complex accounting and healthcare challenges, Kayla Cline is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the James Benjamin Department of Accounting at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. With a robust academic background, she earned her B.B.A. and M.S. in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 2010, followed by a Ph.D. in Health Services Research from Texas A&M University Health Science Center in 2017. Professor Cline is dedicated to fostering a dynamic learning environment for her students, where she teaches courses such as Intermediate Accounting, International Accounting, Healthcare Challenges and Careers, and Seminar in Energy. Her unique blend of expertise in both accounting and health services research allows her to bring a multidisciplinary perspective to her teaching, enriching the educational experience for her students. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Kayla is actively involved in curriculum development and strives to integrate real-world applications into her courses. Her commitment to student success is evident in her innovative teaching methods and her ability to connect theoretical concepts with practical industry insights. Outside the classroom, Professor Cline is engaged in various academic and professional communities, contributing to the advancement of accounting education and research.
