With a specialized focus on colorectal surgery, Dr. Farid brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role, having completed a prestigious fellowship at the Henry Ford Health System. Dr. Farid's journey in medicine began in Pakistan, where he graduated from medical school in 1984. His pursuit of surgical excellence led him to England, where he underwent rigorous surgical training and earned the distinguished title of Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. This international experience laid a strong foundation for his subsequent career in the United States. In 1991, Dr. Farid relocated to the USA, where he further honed his skills by completing a residency in general surgery at Robert Packer Hospital.
