Liz Carlisle

Liz Carlisle brings a wealth of experience in sustainable agriculture and food systems to her role as an Assistant Professor in the Environmental Studies Program at the University of California, Santa Barbara. With a Ph.D. in Geography and a B.A. in Folklore and Mythology, she combines a unique interdisciplinary approach to her research, focusing on the sustainability transitions necessary for a more equitable and environmentally friendly food system.
