Dr. Tiffany Robson is expanding horizons in legal research and education as the Business & Finance Law Librarian at the Jacob Burns Law Library, part of the School of Law at George Washington University. With a rich background in both legal practice and academic librarianship, Dr. Robson brings a wealth of experience to her role, where she supports the research needs of students and faculty, particularly in the areas of business and finance law. Before joining the Jacob Burns Law Library, Dr. Robson honed her analytical skills as a research analyst at a private law firm, where she provided critical insights and support for complex legal cases. Her career also includes a tenure as a prosecutor for the state of Florida, where she gained firsthand experience in the intricacies of the legal system and developed a keen understanding of the prosecutorial process. Dr. Robson's academic credentials are as impressive as her professional experience. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University, followed by a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University, which laid the foundation for her legal expertise. Furthering her commitment to the field of library science, she obtained a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida, equipping her with the skills necessary to excel in her current role. An active member of the Florida Bar and the Law Librarians' Society of Washington, DC, Dr. Robson is dedicated to advancing the field of law librarianship and contributing to the professional community.
