Fernando Alvarado
Dr. Fernando Alvarado is actively engaged in the exploration of regional integration and public policy, with a particular focus on Latin America. He is a former visiting fellow at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies, where he contributed significantly to the discourse on international relations and foreign policy. Dr. Alvarado is currently a researcher and member of the Social Studies and Development Program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, where he delves into the complexities of political science and regional integration processes. In addition to his role at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Dr. Alvarado serves as an assistant professor at the Institute of Political Science at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
