

Kimberly Braxton Lloyd
Professor with a focus on clinical pharmacy practice and outreach, Dr. Kimberly Braxton Lloyd serves as the Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs and Outreach at Auburn University's Harrison School of Pharmacy. As a Gilliland Professor in Pharmacy Practice, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of pharmacy education and practice. Hailing from Cottondale, Florida, Dr. Braxton Lloyd's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Huntingdon College. She furthered her education at Auburn University, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.). Her commitment to advancing her expertise led her to complete a Pharmacy Practice residency at the Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia. In her current role, Dr. Braxton Lloyd is responsible for overseeing Clinical Health Services, Experiential Programs, and Alumni and Professional Affairs at the Harrison School of Pharmacy. Her leadership ensures that students receive comprehensive, hands-on training that prepares them for the dynamic field of pharmacy. Dr. Braxton Lloyd's dedication to pharmacy education and her innovative approach to clinical practice have made her a respected figure in the field.
