Dr. Ariel M. Aloe is devoted to exploring challenges in educational measurement and statistics, serving as a professor in the College of Education at the University of Iowa. With a rich academic background, Dr. Aloe earned his B.A. in Physical Education from Universidad de Flores, followed by an M.A. in Educational Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. He further advanced his expertise with an M.S. in Statistics and a Ph.D. in Measurement and Statistics from Florida State University. At the University of Iowa, Dr. Aloe is affiliated with the Center for Advanced Studies in Measurement and Assessment (CASMA), where he collaborates with fellow researchers to enhance the understanding and application of statistical methods in education. His involvement extends to the Department of Psychological and Quantitative Foundations, as well as the Educational Measurement and Statistics program, where he contributes to the development of innovative educational assessment tools.
