Dr. Zachary B. Kaye conducts research on various aspects of law, drawing from his extensive experience in both academia and practice. As an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, he is dedicated to educating the next generation of legal professionals. His teaching is informed by his practical experience as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he honed his skills in complex legal matters. Before joining Fordham University, Dr. Kaye served as a law clerk to several esteemed judges in the U.S. courts, providing him with a unique perspective on the judicial process and the intricacies of legal decision-making. This experience has been invaluable in shaping his approach to teaching and research, allowing him to offer students a comprehensive understanding of the law.
