With a robust academic background, she earned her PhD in Sustainable Development from Columbia University in 2013. Prior to that, she completed a BA in Economics and a BS in Earth and Environmental Science at the University of California, Irvine in 2006. Professor Ngo's research is at the intersection of environmental health, air pollution, transportation, and urban sustainability.
