Rita Guevara

Committed to excellence in scholarship on diversity and pediatrics, Rita Guevara serves as the Assistant Dean of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Drexel University's College of Medicine. In her role as Assistant Dean, she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable academic environment. Rita collaborates on initiatives that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion, focusing on recruitment, enrollment, community-building, and the preparation of educational grants. Her efforts aim to create a supportive and diverse community within the university. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Rita is an esteemed member of the Pediatrics department.
