Tina Solomon

Tina Solomon's innovative methodologies enhance understanding of Med-Surg Nursing, making her an invaluable asset to Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions. As an Assistant Clinical Professor, she brings a wealth of practical experience and academic insight to her role. Since joining Drexel in 2018 as an Adjunct Faculty Member, Tina has drawn on her extensive 16-year background in bedside nursing to enrich the learning experiences of her students. Before transitioning into academia, Tina Solomon served as a Family Nurse Practitioner in both community clinics and retail care settings. Her role involved not only providing comprehensive care but also educating patients, which has greatly informed her teaching philosophy. Her practical experience in these diverse healthcare environments allows her to offer students a well-rounded perspective on patient care. Tina has held certifications in Med-Surg nursing, underscoring her expertise and commitment to the field.
