Professor Kathy Mandelbaum is an esteemed Associate Professor of Law at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she brings a wealth of practical experience and academic insight to her students. Before embarking on her academic career, she spent 18 years practicing estate planning at the distinguished law firm Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis. Her extensive experience in the field has made her a sought-after lecturer on topics related to estate planning and charitable giving. Throughout her career, Professor Mandelbaum has shared her expertise with a variety of organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Alzheimer’s Association. Her commitment to education and her field is evident in her previous role as the Director of the Graduate Tax Program at Temple University, a position she held from 2014 to 2019. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping the program and mentoring future tax professionals.
