Laura Baehr

Laura Baehr is an esteemed Assistant Professor of Instruction at Temple University's College of Public Health, where she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She completed her PhD in health and rehabilitation science at Drexel University, following her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Temple University. Her academic journey began with a dual BA/BS in dance and neuroscience from Muhlenberg College, reflecting her diverse interests and interdisciplinary approach. Dr. Baehr's research is centered on enhancing movement access and equity for individuals with disabilities and chronic health conditions. She is particularly passionate about community-engaged research and employs mixed methodology to address complex health challenges.
