Xin Zhao

Professor with a reputation for excellence in mechanical engineering, Dr. Xin Zhao is an esteemed Associate Professor in the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences at Clemson University. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 2014, where he developed a strong foundation in advanced manufacturing processes. Since joining Clemson University as an Assistant Professor in January 2015, Dr. Zhao has made significant contributions to the field of mechanical engineering, particularly in laser-matter interaction and its applications.
