Carroll serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham's Department of Surgery. Since joining the faculty in 2013, Dr. Carroll has been a pivotal figure in advancing research and education in her field. Her dedication to improving patient outcomes is evident through her active involvement as an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Instructor, where she imparts critical knowledge and skills to medical professionals.
