Professor working to advance the understanding of pediatric infectious diseases, Dr. Karen Fowler is a distinguished faculty member in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the University of Alabama at Birmingham's Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Fowler earned her Ph.D. in Pediatrics, which has been instrumental in shaping her career in pediatric infectious diseases.
