Dr. Matthew Kelly is a distinguished Associate Professor and Co-Medical Director of Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). He embarked on his academic journey with a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Michigan, followed by earning his medical doctorate from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Kelly honed his expertise during his residency in Emergency Medicine at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
