Timothy Kraft

Dr. Timothy Kraft has expertise in Ophthalmology and Optometry, Neurosciences, Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Other Chemical Sciences, Clinical Sciences, and Genetics. He is a distinguished Professor and Associate Dean in the Department of Optometry & Vision Science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With a profound commitment to advancing the field of vision science, Dr. Kraft has dedicated his career to exploring the intricate mechanisms of the human eye and the broader implications of visual health. Dr. Kraft earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Physiology/General from the University of Minnesota System: Twin Cities in July 1985.
