

Marc Fudge
Dr. Marc Fudge is redefining paradigms in public administration as a distinguished professor at California State University-San Bernardino. With a robust academic background and a passion for advancing the field, Dr. Fudge's research interests are deeply rooted in public finance, social equity and justice, and performance management. His work is instrumental in shaping policies and practices that promote fairness and efficiency within public institutions. In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, Dr. Fudge serves as the Associate Director of the Research Institute for Public Management & Governance. In this role, he collaborates with fellow scholars and practitioners to explore innovative solutions to contemporary challenges in public administration. His leadership extends beyond academia, having served as the President of the Conference of Minority Public Administrators (COMPA), where he championed diversity and inclusion within the field. Dr. Fudge's academic journey is marked by a commitment to excellence and a desire to effect positive change. He earned his PhD from Rutgers University - Newark, where he honed his expertise in public administration. Prior to this, he completed his Master of Public Administration (MPA) at Fairleigh Dickinson University, and his Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Howard University, institutions that have shaped his perspective and fueled his dedication to public service. Through his research, teaching, and leadership, Dr. Fudge continues to inspire the next generation of public administrators, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of modern governance. His contributions to the field are not only academic but also practical, as he strives to bridge the gap between theory and practice in public administration.
