Rebecca Galemba
Rebecca Galemba is an esteemed Associate Professor at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at Global Studies University of Denver. She also serves as the Co-Director of the DU Center for Immigration Policy & Research (CIPR). As an anthropologist, her expertise lies in the complex intersections of globalization, illicit markets, migration, security, and labor, particularly within the contexts of Mexico, Central America, and the United States. Galemba's academic pursuits are deeply rooted in qualitative research methodologies, with a strong emphasis on Latin America, migration, borders, labor rights, asylum, and the experiences of Latine populations in the United States.
