Dr. Ivonne A. Delgado Perez is a distinguished Associate Professor in Management and serves as the Academic Chair for Graduate Marketing and Undergraduate/Graduate Management Online Programs at the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business, Florida Institute of Technology. With a robust academic background, she earned her Ph.D. in Entrepreneurial and Managerial Development in Labor Relations from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Her academic journey also includes an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Studies from the University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Delgado Perez is recognized for her expertise in the fields of entrepreneurship, human resources management, and management. Her professional credentials are further enhanced by her certifications as a Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a Lean Six Sigma Certified Green Belt. These qualifications underscore her commitment to excellence and her dedication to advancing the field of management. Throughout her career, Dr. Delgado Perez has made significant contributions to both on-campus and online educational settings, having taught at various universities in Puerto Rico and the United States.
