Following his residency, Dr. Despaigne practiced dentistry in the vibrant city of Manhattan, where he also contributed to the academic community as an adjunct professor at NYU College of Dentistry. In 1992, Dr. Despaigne relocated to Miami, where he successfully established a private practice.
