W. Edward "Ted" Afield serves as the Associate Dean for Experiential Education and Director of Clinical Programs at the College of Law, Georgia State University. With a robust background in legal education, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the practical learning experiences of law students. As the Mark and Evelyn Trammell Clinical Professor and Director of the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, Afield is dedicated to providing students with invaluable hands-on practice, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application.
