Rachel Naida

Dr. Rachel Naida is passionate about advancing the field of pharmacy education and fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals. As an assistant clinical professor at the University of New England College of Pharmacy, she brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. Dr. Naida was a member of the inaugural class of the College of Pharmacy in 2013, marking the beginning of her impactful journey in the field. Following her graduation, Dr. Naida honed her skills and expanded her expertise through a residency at the VA Maine Healthcare System. During her residency, she gained invaluable experience working across various pharmacy clinics, which equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of patient care and pharmaceutical practices. This experience laid a strong foundation for her subsequent academic career. In 2015, Dr. Naida joined the faculty at UNE, where she has since been instrumental in shaping the curriculum and mentoring students. Her commitment to student success is evident in her role as a white coat sponsor, where she plays a pivotal part in welcoming and supporting students as they embark on their professional journeys.
