Dr. Jenna Seung Hyun Lee is at the leading edge of hospitality education and research as an Associate Professor in the School of Hospitality Leadership at East Carolina University. With a robust background in the hospitality industry, Dr. Lee transitioned to academia in 2010, bringing a wealth of practical experience to her teaching and research endeavors.
