Dr. Jenna Seung Hyun Lee is at the leading edge of hospitality education and research as an Associate Professor in the School of Hospitality Leadership at East Carolina University. With a robust background in the hospitality industry, Dr. Lee transitioned to academia in 2010, bringing a wealth of practical experience to her teaching and research endeavors. Her work is primarily centered on decision-making, revenue management, and the advancement of hospitality education, areas in which she has made significant contributions.
