Before transitioning to his current role, Fox was the Associate Dean, Director of the Law Library, and Professor of Law at OU Law, where he significantly contributed to the institution's academic and administrative excellence. Fox's academic journey is marked by a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma and an M.S. from the University of Illinois, showcasing a robust foundation in both law and information sciences. There, he served as Associate Dean, Director of Information Technology, and Computer Services Librarian, roles that underscored his expertise in managing legal information systems and enhancing technological resources for legal education. Joining OU Law in 2005 as Director of the Law Library, Fox played a pivotal role in transforming the library into a modern hub of legal research and learning.
