Dr. Brian A. Britt is dedicated to advancing knowledge in the field of music and fine arts through his extensive experience and leadership. With over thirty years of service in Oklahoma and Texas, Dr. Britt has established himself as a prominent figure in the realm of band direction and fine arts administration. Currently, he serves as the Associate Dean of the College of Fine Arts and the Director of Athletic Bands at the University of Oklahoma. In this capacity, he leads the renowned "Pride of Oklahoma" Marching Band and conducts the OU Boomer Campus Band, both of which have achieved national acclaim under his direction. Dr. Britt's leadership has been instrumental in elevating the "Pride of Oklahoma" Marching Band to new heights, with notable performances at prestigious events such as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Tournament of Roses Parade.
