Dr. Yunyang Ye specializes in cutting-edge techniques for enhancing the sustainability and efficiency of building energy systems. As an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering at the University of Alabama, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the academic community. Dr. Ye earned his Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he developed a strong foundation in sustainable building practices and energy efficiency. Before joining the University of Alabama, Dr. Ye contributed significantly to the field as a research scientist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
