Dr. Thomas Cannon is advancing the conversation in vocal performance and pedagogy as an Assistant Professor of Voice at the University of Hartford's Hartt School. With an impressive academic background, Dr. Cannon holds a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Music (MM) from The Juilliard School, and a Bachelor of Music (BM) from Baylor University. Dr. Cannon's extensive performance career has seen him take on a variety of roles in both opera and concert settings. He has brought to life characters such as Figaro, Enrico, and Porgy, showcasing his versatility and depth as a performer.
