Kristin Huffman is a distinguished member of the Theatre and HCD Music Faculty at the University of Hartford, where she brings her extensive experience and passion for the performing arts to the academic community. With a career that has flourished over more than thirty years, Kristin has graced stages in both the United States and Europe. Her impressive repertoire includes performances in operas, theatres, and symphonies, with a standout role in the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical "Company." In addition to her teaching and performing career, Kristin is the visionary Founder and Producing Artistic Director of The New Paradigm Theatre. This non-profit theater company is dedicated to nurturing creative problem-solving and leadership skills through theater arts education. Under her guidance, the theatre has become a beacon for aspiring artists, offering them opportunities to engage in innovative productions and community-focused projects. Kristin's commitment to education extends beyond the classroom.
