Jonathan Daigle is an expert in African American literature, literature and science, American studies, and 19th-century US literature. He currently serves as the Associate Dean and Associate Professor of English at the University of Hartford's Hillyer College. With a robust academic background, Daigle earned his doctorate and master's degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, following his bachelor's degree from the College of William & Mary. His academic journey has equipped him with a profound understanding of literary studies, which he passionately imparts to his students. At Hillyer College, Daigle is dedicated to teaching a variety of courses, including Introduction to Composition, Introduction to Literary Analysis, Literature of Non-Western Cultures, and Survey of African American Literature.
