Dr. John Edwards is an advocate for innovation in legal education and information technology. As the Associate Dean for Information Resources and Technology at Drake University's Law School, he has been a pivotal figure since 1984. Dr. Edwards brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role, having earned a JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, a Master of Arts in Library Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Library and Informational Science, and a Bachelor of Arts from Southeast Missouri State University. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Edwards has specialized in the intersection of computers and the law, as well as legal research and writing. His expertise has been instrumental in shaping the curriculum and resources available to students and faculty at Drake Law School. In addition to his role as Associate Dean, he has served as the Director of the Drake Law Library and as a Professor of Law, where he has inspired countless students with his passion for legal education and technology.
