Katrina Lewis

Katrina Lewis is an esteemed Associate Professor at Kansas State University, where she contributes significantly to the Department of Interior Architecture and Industrial Design. Her academic journey began at Kansas State University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Interior Architecture and Master of Regional and Community Planning degrees. Her dedication to education and design has led her to teach design studios at a variety of institutions, including Kansas State University, Chongqing Jinazhu University, Kabul University, and the Asian University for Women. In her current roles, Lewis serves as the Director of the Environmental Design Studies Program and the Director of International Programs for the College of Architecture, Planning, and Design. Her leadership in these positions underscores her commitment to fostering a global perspective in design education. Her efforts in teaching have not gone unnoticed, as she was honored with the Commerce Bank and W.T. Kemper Foundation Undergraduate Outstanding Teaching Award in 2020.
