Dr. Osvaldo Ferreira is dedicated to advancing knowledge in the field of ministry and theology, serving as an Adjunct Professor, Professional Dissertation Advisor, Coach, and Mentor for the Andrews Seminary's Doctor of Ministry program. With a focus on supporting Portuguese-speaking students and cohorts, Dr. Ferreira brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role, ensuring that students receive the guidance and mentorship necessary for their academic and professional success. Dr. Ferreira holds a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in Pastoral Ministry from Andrews University, complemented by a DMin in Missiology from the South American Theological Faculty (FTSA). His academic journey also includes a Master of Arts in Theology from UNASP, which has laid a strong foundation for his teaching and mentoring endeavors. His diverse educational background equips him with a unique perspective on theological education and pastoral practice. Before joining Andrews Seminary, Dr. Ferreira dedicated his career to pastoral ministry, serving in various locations across Brazil since 1993. His extensive experience in church planting and pastoral leadership has been instrumental in shaping his approach to teaching and mentoring.
