Dr. Padmanaban Krishnan plays a critical role in advancing the field of food science as a Professor Emeritus at South Dakota State University. With a distinguished academic career, he earned his Ph.D. in Cereal Science from North Dakota State University in 1989. Since then, he has dedicated his research efforts to the development of innovative analytical methods for nutrient measurement, as well as preservation techniques that ensure the retention of flavor and texture in food products.
