As a third-generation Lipscomb alum, Dr. Baese carries forward a rich legacy of educational excellence and commitment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Teaching, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Leadership, Policy, and Organizations, all of which have equipped her with a robust foundation to influence the field of education profoundly. Dr. Baese is dedicated to fostering a more inclusive and representative educational environment.
