Kristin Baese

Professor working to advance the understanding of educational leadership, policy, and equity, Dr. Kristin Baese is an esteemed Associate Professor in the College of Education at Lipscomb University. As a third-generation Lipscomb alum, Dr. Baese carries forward a rich legacy of educational excellence and commitment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Teaching, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Leadership, Policy, and Organizations, all of which have equipped her with a robust foundation to influence the field of education profoundly. Dr. Baese is dedicated to fostering a more inclusive and representative educational environment.
