Alejandro Flores-Arocha
Renowned for innovative teaching in urban ecology and sustainable cities, Dr. Alejandro Flores-Arocha is an Adjunct Professor of Environmental Science at the University of the Incarnate Word. With a diverse background as a Systems Engineer, Ecosystem Ecologist, and Environmental Manager, Dr. Flores-Arocha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, followed by a Master of Science from the University of California, Davis, and culminating in a Ph.D. from Yale University.
