Mary Medina

Dr. Mary Medina is an esteemed Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at California State University, Dominguez Hills. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Loma Linda University, where she also completed her Master's degree in Anatomy and Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Her academic journey has equipped her with a profound understanding of the human body and its functions, which she adeptly applies in her teaching and research. With 18 years of hands-on experience as a staff occupational therapist at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Dr. Medina has honed her skills in treating complex conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, multiple traumas, and brain injuries.
