Délice Williams

Dr. Délice Williams is a key figure in the Department of English at the University of Delaware, where she serves as an Assistant Professor and the Associate Director of Composition. With a rich academic background, she holds a doctorate in English & American Literature, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in English. Her scholarly pursuits are deeply rooted in contemporary global Anglophone literature, with a particular emphasis on climate fiction, migration, and the intricate interplay between art and literature in the context of oil and water. Dr. Williams's research is characterized by its interdisciplinary approach, exploring how literature can illuminate pressing global issues such as environmental change and human displacement.
