Dr. Cindi Aurentz is internationally recognized for her contributions to the field of nursing, particularly in the areas of leadership and education. As an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at Missouri State University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her students and colleagues. Dr. Aurentz earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Leadership from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and her Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN-Ed) from Southwest Baptist University. Her foundational training as a Registered Nurse (RN) has been instrumental in shaping her career and research pursuits. Dr. Aurentz's research interests are diverse and impactful, spanning across Nursing Leadership, Child Advocacy, and Research and Evidence-Based Practice.
